Christopher Clark

As Senior Director of Customer Intelligence at Ferguson Enterprises, Chris is responsible for overseeing Customer Insights, Customer Experience, Market Research, and Digital Analytics. He also oversees automated Marketing technology by upgrading our marketing technology to one platform powered by Oracle. With this upgrade, we will introduce new capabilities into the marketing function including machine learning and AI to connect data points and draw conclusions, allowing us to make data-driven decisions to personalize online, offline, and mobile marketing campaigns and ensure all campaigns deliver an ROI.

Chris joined Ferguson as a Senior Market Research Analyst in 2005 and was promoted to Manager of Market Research in 2008. In 2011, he left Ferguson for a year to work at UnitedHealth as Director of Market Intelligence, returning in 2012 as Senior Project Manager for business groups. He was promoted to Senior Manager of Customer Segmentation and Insights in 2013 and Director of Customer Intelligence in 2015. In 2016, Chris was appointed Director of Customer & Market Analytics.

Chris received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a Master of Science in Information and Communication from Ball State University. He also has a Master of Arts in Economics from Old Dominion University.
